Kwara State Commends Students’ Conduct in Certificate Examination

The Kwara State Government has expressed satisfaction with the ongoing Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSSCE), highlighting the exemplary conduct of students and the dedication of teachers.
During a visit to selected schools in Moro, Ifelodun, and Edu Local Government Areas, the State Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, Hajia Sa’adatu Modibbo-Kawu, observed the General Mathematics examination and praised the high standards maintained. “This year’s examination conduct is highly commendable. I urge students to remain focused in their subsequent exams,” she stated.
Hajia Modibbo-Kawu emphasized the government’s commitment to education, noting that significant efforts have been made to revamp the sector. She expressed gratitude to teachers for their dedication and adherence to government policies aimed at enhancing educational outcomes.
Encouraging the students, the Commissioner said, “You are the pride of your families and our state. Avoid any behavior that may tarnish our image. Strive for excellence.” The schools visited included Government Day Secondary School, Shao; Adventist Senior Secondary School, Shao; Moro Local Government Secondary School, Oloru; Unity Secondary School, Tsaragi; and Government Secondary School, Share.
