KWASAA Gets New Leadership: Adeyeye Assumes Office with Bold Reform Agenda

Kwara State Signage and Advertisement Agency (KWASAA) is set for a new era of transformation and innovation as Mr. Toba Adeyeye formally assumed office as Acting General Manager on Wednesday. His first official engagement included a courtesy visit to the Commissioner for Communications, Hon. Bola Olukoju, to affirm his commitment to the agency’s strategic repositioning.
Hon. Olukoju welcomed the new GM with strong encouragement to pursue the state’s signage reforms with purpose and professionalism. She emphasized that Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s administration is determined to align Kwara’s advertising sector with global best practices, enhance compliance, and attract sustainable investment through a cleaner and more structured urban environment.
Mr. Adeyeye, in his remarks, described his appointment as a call to service and pledged to drive far-reaching reforms that will boost regulatory compliance, aesthetics, and internally generated revenue. He declared that it would no longer be business as usual, stressing the agency’s resolve to dismantle non-compliant and substandard structures while embracing innovation. Stakeholders and practitioners were encouraged to align with the new vision as KWASAA embarks on a full-scale re-engineering of the advertising ecosystem in Kwara State.
