Zumunta USA Engages NASIDA for Strategic Investment Drive Ahead of National Convention
In a strategic move to attract diaspora-led investment to Nasarawa State, the Zumunta Association USA has initiated a high-level engagement with the Nasarawa State Investment and Development Agency (NASIDA). This comes ahead of the association’s forthcoming National Convention set to take place in Lafia.
During a courtesy visit to NASIDA headquarters, Zumunta President Mr. Sunday Bitrus highlighted the association’s commitment to mobilizing the global Nigerian diaspora and forging partnerships that can fuel the state’s development agenda. He described the upcoming convention as a unique platform to unlock capital, expertise, and strategic collaborations.
In response, NASIDA Managing Director/CEO, Barr. Abdullahi Ibrahim, welcomed the initiative as a timely boost to the state’s investment strategy. He noted that under the visionary leadership of Governor Abdullahi A. Sule, Nasarawa has become an emerging destination for both local and international investors. The partnership, he said, holds potential to catalyze regional and national economic transformation.
